Compatible with the Mk1 and Mk2 FZ-55 Panasonic TOUGHBOOK, the FZ-VDM551W DVD xPAK installs easily without any special drivers or software required. Featuring both read and write software, the FZ-VDM551W provides an integrated DVD reader into the semi rugged laptop.. The FZ-VDM551W installs into the media bay (left) expansion slot of the FZ-55 and can be secured with an optional security screw (suggested screw can be found in the FZ-VSW551U Panasonic TOUGHBOOK replacement screw set.)
