The Gamber Johnson 7160-0454 adapter plate is a robust and durable solution that has many versatile applications. Intended primarily as a way to mount a tablet dock or cradle to a vertical surface, the 7160-0454 comes as two plates each with a VESA 75mm, VESA 100mm, NEC, AMPS and Gamber Johnson 2x4 mounting pattern. When installing the 7160-0454, one plate is attached to the dock while another is attached to the vertical surface and then side bolts join the plates for a secure mount. The 7160-0454 is a fantastic piece of equipment to help join two items that have competing mounting patterns, for example: joining a VESA 75mm enabled dock to a AMPS pattern mount.
