The Gamber Johnson 7160-0593 Quick Release Mount is an innovative solution that allows a mounted laptop or tablet to be quickly removed without the use of tools. The 7160-0593 comes with two plates both featuring AMPS, VESA 75 and 100mm, and NECs mounting patterns. The first plate attaches to a Gamber Johnson clam shell motion attachment and the second plate of the 7160-0593 attaches to the tablet or laptop dock. The two plates of the 7160-0593 secure together and disconnect with a pull of the finger knob. The quick release mount has many different applications such as being able to quickly move a computer between mounting equipment and vehicles.
