Installing under the passenger side seat bolts on a 2017+ Chevrolet Trax the Gamber Johnson 7160-0855 Vehicle Base can support a computer pedestal mounting system without requiring drilling or advanced installation skills. With a DS-STEP welded into the base, the 7160-0855 is built to ensure that the computer mount clears the passenger seat and doesn't interfere with OEM equipment. Additional equipment is required to turn the vehicle base into a complete computer mounting solution, allow a Rugged or Die sales rep to help assemble a complete list of suggested equipment. • Black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. 
• Base attaches to inboard and outboard passenger side seat rails. 
• Forward seat movement is affected - little to no movement. 
• Support Brace (Item No. 7160-0230) is recommended. 
• Base bolts to passenger side seat rails in existing holes. Seat does NOT have to be removed.
