The FZ-55 TOUGHBOOK can come with many optional features making for numerous configurations possible. Developed to be ideal for public safety and in-vehicle use, the FZ-55J2608BM comes with often required optional features such as high brightness on the touch display as well as 4G LTE. Able to view the screen while in use in a vehicle in bright light is mission critical for many police and public safety responders while the added optional touch feature allows a more convenient input option than the default touchpad on the FZ-55. Able to be added to major cellular carriers, the FZ-55J2608BM can access cellular data and function as a computer aided dispatch terminal or command center hub. Featuring dual pass through, this FZ-55 can be mounted into a vehicle docking station such as the Gamber Johnson 7170-0971-02 or the Havis DS-PAN-435-2. Both of these vehicle docks allow for external antennas to be attached and run to the top of the vehicle to boost the internal signals on the FZ-55J2608BM and receive better cellular coverage and reception.
