DVD Drive xPAK (read only) for FZ-40 Mk1 Left Expansion Area

Installing easily in the left side of an FZ-40 Mk1, the FZ-VDM402M is a DVD reader capable of only reading DVDs (if read/write capability is needed please consider FZ-VDM401M.) The FZ-VDM402M doesn't require any special drivers or software to function and is plug and play. While not required, the FZ-VDM402M can be secured for theft deterrent by inserting a pre threaded screw. Please note that the FZ-VDM402M is only compatible with the Mk1 FZ-40, if a DVD drive is required for a Mk2 FZ-40 please consider alternative Panasonic part number FZ-VDM401AM
